steam is probably the safest bet, but as long as you present yourself well, and don't pester and annoy whoever you are talking to, the method you use to contact them shouldn't matter.]]></description>

that isn't strictly true though, is it? doesn't matter how good your positioning is if you can't fucking kill anything... :D
