So I'm using a CRT monitor, and I've used it for the past few months without any problems. A few days back I installed ATT to try out the lod hack, and after installing the said program I've been unable to get a refreshrate of over a 85 on any resolution, as opposed to the settings of 640x480@120hz I'm used to running at. I already reinstalled windows and it did absolutely nothing. Forcing the 3D refreshrate from ccc doesn't work, and neither do the -freq or -refresh launch options. I can reduce the refresh rate thru launch options, though, but I haven't tested lowering it from ccc. It's really starting to annoy me, and I really have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions are welcome.
