Why not just talk to f2 about the pickup bball channel, get some new fresh active admins on it who play alot and it might revive.
Spoken to him about this in the past, he wasn't interested in giving anyone else admin, and didnt even want to include a !highlight feature as apperntly it would annoy people. Easy way around that is to have a command to take you out of the highlight list, or let it only work once every 2 hours? With the amount of activity from decent players on other public bball servers, I doubt this would be too active. Or it may just be like the ETF2L public server where it was full all day every day for a week or two and then completely dead.
