Even 400 can be playable (playable in this case meaning no warping or anything), I spent a few dozen hours on the Internode servers with 400 ping but no warping/teleporting. Over 200 constantly to 189.14.103.42:27015, first server I could find in Brazil. Good trailer, at least you've got the media side sorted. :) Dunno about pings, but you may want to expand it to be south american TF2 league? Mach4 could be interesting, its a great map on pubs, although never seen it in 6v6. Anyway, best of luck, this can only be a good thing.
