I'm solving this problem by constantly d-loading something with 50-60 kb/s, that means internet isn't refreshing every 60 seconds and searching for the connection ( once in a minute you get raised MS, like 1000-2000 ). Or use Wireless Zero Shutdown.

After a year of suffering, it appears the problem is finally fixed (thanks to Wireless Zero Shutdown), thanks a bunch!

Ethernet over power is great you just need to make sure the two ends are on the same ring circuit (generally same floor built at the same time, you can go look at your fuse box ad figure it out).

Also ETF2L is painfully slow for me today.

Happening for me aswell, every time I shoot/move. Every class is unplayable apart from medic and I'm not cut out for 'team bitch'. Tried everything from numerous different configs, windows tweaks, registry cleans, defrags, drivers even formatted. Can't play tf2 till valve fix it, sure there's plenty more in the same boat as me.

my pc:

XP SP2
8600GTS 256MB
E6400 at 2.13GHz
3GB 800MHz DDR2

Believe me anything you do wont fix it :) The next update is the only way it'll get solved and I doubt valve will address it anyway. If it's not fixed for the start of season7 I'm gona stop playing the game till its resolved. Fucking hate valve.
