Since the update, I have this 5/6 seconds of fps freeze every 20/30/40 minutes. After the freeze, If I'm not allready dead... It's all back to normal again. Still... this came up directly after the update.

And they should also fix the crab steam srv thing issue that removes the new weapons from your class... I had to retry 5 times in 2 matches yesterday... I love points so I really hate to retry :(

The "EDAD" or "ADAD" or somthing of my screen is fucked apperntly, its a Samsung Syncmaster T220 and it would indicate its forgotten what type of screen it is and will need to be flashed or somthing? How lame. I'll contact samsung.

I had the same thing a few months back, copied all my configs and the large gcf-files, uninstalled steam and deleted the steam-folder, removed HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareValve from registry, reinstalled steam, copied back the .gcf-files before starting it, installed tf2, ran it and quit, copied back my cfg-files (but atleast default-values was written by the first start, I found out some values will not be created with certain variables set -- especially mat_ values), entered the huge command-line and ran it a second time to let it write directx 8.1 values, quit the game again, removed the dxlevel command (since it will not do you any good a second time and will only keep resetting your resolution, it writes the correct values and does not remove them after you've removed it from the command line).

Started it a final third time and everything was set.

It's so quick and easy to get valve-games running properly.

Anyone else had any issues or heard of any since the update?
Basically after the video of the valve man with the vent on his bonce shows up my game just quits.
If i do -novid then after the loading game steam message goes away it dosnt do anything.
I've done a check for corrupt files in steam it was fine, so re-installed at the same issue occurs.
I've googled the problwm but there are plenty of threads reguarding it just no answers ¬_¬.
Anyone see anything similar?
