What's your power supply's wattage? You might not have enough voltage on the 12V rail, look at the sticker on the PSU to see.
Although, if it was your PSU, performance would be bad throughout any stressing applications..

Or your mouse / USB port is faulty, with the aiming.
Kinda vague, i'm just throwing ideas out there really.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[I have a problem with tf2 and i hope some guys can help me here with soling it.

When i am playing about 20 min tf2 , then the problems start.
After 20 mins of playing tf2 starts to shock, when i move my mouse across my window it's not a fluent line. Thats pretty anoying to aim. And when i am walking you can see it too.
I tried some settings and i reinstalled my computer but i still have the same problem.
Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz
3.00GHz, 2.00GB
nvidia gforce 8400 GS

can anybody help me pls
