I've played medic for a while now in my team and I've been the main caller too but I'm really not doing enough of a good job to help boost the team up to the kind of level I think we are capable of playing at.

Since here seems the best place to post, I'm asking if any team leaders/callers from as high a skilled team as I can get can give me some general mentoring, tips or whatever to help me improve. It'd be great if I got a medic as well as a caller but its mainly someone who leads the team in game that I'm looking for.

Anyway, I'll leave this and hope someone gets back to me on steam (ilike2spin) or on irc #thenobility.

Thanks.
