Hey remix

It's supposed to do that. Download virtual dub and open the first tga file that it created. Then set the framerate in options (ctrl+r) to whatever you recorded with. Then render as uncompressed .avi]]></description>

- Still get short bursts of distorted audio from the replacement sound files
- host_framerate should be set to desired value when you hit record, then go back to 0 when you stop
- lock viewmodels so they dont turn off
