That would mean your view is a 2:1 ratio and as far as i know, they don't even make consumer grade displays with that aspect ratio. i.e. its double as wide as it is high. you should have 4:3, 5:4, 16:9 or 16:10 (this being the most likely if you have a widescreen monitor). I'm playing at that resolution with windowed mode on my crt. So It's a "fake widescreen". I'm using it to see wider. So I guess there is no fix?
