Better clans uploading their demos, even if its div3/4 and yeah, maybe even 5 are still enjoyable watch and help alot of clans which are new and need hints and tips and if the TF2 community is going to grow then we need demos by everyone, not just div1 (even though these will be probably the better games).

In competetive play, without watching the higher clans demos...not many clans will progress and get better. Anyways, I don't see why this thread needed to turn into a whine fest when all the OP wanted was a certain demo which will probably be to old to play now anyways.

I taught myself how to play demo by watching ryb on 4k's source tv which they kindly run virtually every night (thanks for that).

Stv and demos are a huge help for noob clans like mine but I can see some people like byte don't want to give away their sticky trap spots etc which is fair enough.

Making all 1st division clans upload demos is far too much to ask but at the same time uploading a few every now and then is greatly appreciated. :)

One thing I will ask - will there be stv for the pc gamer lan? If not can you guys please record demos, I'm really interested in seeing it.

thanks

I’m not sure you’re agreeing with me or being sarcastic?

I find it quite easy to watchi team positions / starting positions & learn pushing points on "live" source TV so I take it you were agreeing with me.

As for Byte's demos - imagine how many times he must get a message a day / week asking for demo uploads? Firstly, Byte can say no. Secondly, he can do what he wants. Three, if he says no that doesn't mean he has judged you / anyone else not worthy, so don't assume that. Merely he doesn't want to give you / upload demos.

Though to be fair...I wouldnt give you my demo if you asked after reading your comments above.

Oh and remember - I speak for me and not TLR, so if you have a problem accepting the above comments speak to me.

Cable, just because you have personal issues irl no need to be a hostile tit. If i want to show a frag movie then i will, if people don't want to watch it then don't? Not forcing anyone to view my "luck" or "skilled" selected moments from a game am i? No... some common sense please.

I will give demos like i said to those who i can trust and aren't utter bell ends so that (as u said) they can "enjoy" and watch the game. I don't see why i should put it up for over 500+players in the TF2 community when 200 of those are utter tits/bell ends.

I think thats a fair statement? I'm more than open to helping clans whether its giving them a demo to just watch and enjoy or to learn something off the demo, or playing for them no matter how low ranked they are...

Unless you misread what i said , but i said i would give srctv or FP demo's if asked, so that you could watch it at your own time. Key words being to what i said before in previous post was "if your not a twat" which unfortunately resides to your name as we speak.

Deal with it and move on...

Cheers

So you don't want people to watch you play an entire match, but would rather take extracts from those matches (the good parts - the few seconds of quality or luck) and make a frag video instead?

It's not like watching the STV demos are going to enlighten people to your game plan. It's not as if people aren't aware that demomen will randomly spam nades across the map and place stickies behind walls then right click.

I think most people will watch the STV demos just to enjoy the game, not all of us spend our lives glued to TF2. STV demos allow us to watch great games in our own time.

Cheers (???)
