did you set it in right format like -dxlevel 80/81/90/91/95 etc</blockquote>
I tried with just "-dxlevel" at first. But now I tried with those different values. Oddly enough, when I tried with 90, 91 and 95 the "Color correction" was actually not reset. But still, the audio and bloom effect are default.]]></description>

Same problem, every time I start TF2 I have to change all video settings to low, and brightness.
Please VALVe, fix it or whatever.

But dont forget your Backup if you try...</blockquote>

That is rubbish, it doesn't delete anything, it only resets your config files to default. So all you want to backup is your cfg folder.]]></description>
