I run my system on top specs. I think im missing the whole picmib thing but thats cos i recently reformatted. I get a stable constant 70fps. Though I max it at that ... I guess some people have to play with 200fps ? My misses plays the game casually too but she and I see little to no difference between 60 and 100 fps. Id say who cares about fps as long as it can run smooth and looks how she wants that what you need. If your monitor can only run at 60Hz on resolution you play there will be NO difference. And I heard a rumor that people who play very rear can only see a difference up to 40fps and that pro gamers can see a diffrence up to 120fps on dynamical obejcts.
