but the window dont pop-up every time at fullscreen ..... play then tf2 in window modus ;)

thats help you maybe:
bind "key" "host_framerate 30; startmovie title avi"
and
bind "key" "endmovie; host_framrate 0"

    	    <description><![CDATA[There's no such program. You can playback .dem files and record them either with SourceRecorder or Fraps. I don't recommend the latter one though.]]></description>
