You don't just give anyone access to the backend, so you don't recruit new programmers by spamming. 
We have a few active coders that work on more important tasks though, but they have proven that they're worth their salt in the past.

    	    <description><![CDATA[Sabesaroo, accept you made mistakes, which can happen to everyone. Live with it, learn from it, be nice to people, become a great team leader. Leading a team means double-checking things and distributing responsibilities if necessary, as it was in your case.

A few more comfort features would be nice in this league, but they are not an absolute necessity.
