This or similar. Easily the best way to stop this kind of stuff. You can even set a separate number in the case of emergencies (i.e. you lose the mobile it's tied too).

Some might complain its a bit long winded just to get into your emails but you only have to do it the first time on each computer and it only takes like 20 seconds extra to add a huge extra security layer to both your email (and with steam guard enabled) your steam account.]]></description>

At this point, the hacker entered my details into the legit steam community website and got the same message. When I supplied the code to the phishing website it gave the code to him, and let him get into my account. This is the only way I can think of that he could get past steam guard and to be honest its quite smart.
