    	    <description><![CDATA[Etf2l sets sv_maxrate to 100000 in their server config so higher than that wouldn't matter anyway.

On the original topic: Actual ping doesn't matter all that much, what matters is that it remains consistent (this goes for pretty much anything, consistency is better than just getting high numbers).]]></description>
