Make sure you have enough by adding everyone in the recruitment section. Then you can always make an official with a mix team. Well my manager was this close to reaching a 2-year, 10% back contract with a no-trade clause with Crack Clan, but both parties just couldn't agree on the salary because of ETF2L's new Collective Bargaining Agreement. They insisted on giving me more to reach the salary cap, but I just refused to take more money! My charities are already getting 100% of what I make so what's the point.
