Don't know if there's a command to always see people explode instead of fall to death.
but uhm. if ya type: explode in console once in a match you will keep exploding when you die (by bullets and projectiles) until map changes, even for other people.
so, change your server config in a way that on every mapchange everyone explodes once, and you've got it :P]]></description>
