    	    <description><![CDATA[Technically speaking, TS3 is better than mumble. But personally I prefer mumble just because it has a much cleaner UI and feature set.

edit: Honestly If I was interested in features, this program is shit hot. http://www.shockvoice.net/page/overview . Kind of a shame it never took off.]]></description>
