That's why I want NEW players, not some div5 players that have been playing at that level for years. This is exactly what atrox_ said when expressing interest in playing with my team. From what I recall, he ragequit after like two matches. So I would be skeptical about anyone saying they want to help out a low team with their leet higher-div skills.
I also rq after mentoring low div teams for one reason and one reason only -- people didn't listen. If you listen and act on advice, I don't have a problem with it. If I see you doing something wrong and give you a hint, and then you do it again repeatedly, I'm just going to get annoyed, because it feels like I am wasting my time.
