Yes. Heal up the demo to 260 and let him jump to the first spawn door (assuming its badlands because everyone only plays badlands nowdays), then give one soldier a 300 buff (ty for healing rates VALVe) and immediately heal the demo again.

As the demo leaves your healing range, tear up the unbuffed soldier to 300, touch both of the scouts, then keep healing one soldier. Its important for your sollies to not jump at the door at the start as it decreases the healing rate.

When you play vanilla +medlocks, whats the healorder on rollouts?

This is what I do (on badlands):
- Buff demo to 250~260 ish
- As you start moving quickly buff your pocket (who shouldnt have jumped)
- Walking out of spawn, dropping to main, get both scouts
- Enter main and switch to pocket again, keep it on pocket as he jumps his way to the bridge to house
- On bridge roamer is waiting (as if he had equalised). This one takes a bit of time so you want your pocket fully buffed at this point
- Just as you come out of house, or near the exit, give your pocket a quick buff again. Both sollies should have full buff at this point.
- Your demo is probably in dire need of heals
- Die to a scout from shithouse. Oh wasn't that part of it? :(
