Yes they do, I have tried to get lucky with these promos in the past so I have always checked the winners list (im on EVGA mailing list) and there has been lot of winners from other parts of the world too. In the official rules box at below of that page is usually a mention of regions if it's only valid in some regions.]]></description>

Übercharging Anyone?

Starting May 16th, EVGA will host a Team Fortress 2 event until the end of the month! Play on any of our Team Fortress 2 servers at any time during this period and you are eligible to win. Signup is free and easy for any who wishes to participate. Official gaming will begin on May 16th at 4PM Pacific and continue until May 31st. Anyone who signs up and plays any length of time during those two weeks will be eligible to win a prize.

This is not a competition or tournament, just a chance for any gamer to come out, pwn and hopefully win some great gaming gear!

To qualify for this event, you just need to signup here with your Steam ID. Just sign up, log in and start gaming starting May 16th 4PM Pacific, it's that easy!
