Hello.

I am new to tf2.

I have played quake and other pc fps games at competative level for years but gave up to play console titles. I went to i41 and MaxLan and just got drawn to the tf2 community. I also really like the style of play and mechanics of 6v6 play.

I borrowed a steam account to see if I would play TF2 if I had it, now I'm hooked. The problem is, playing public servers is really not why I like this game and so we come to point of this post.

I tried a few lobbies this week and they are fun but not structured, its like playing public servers. Where can a newb go to find some mildly competative, organised gaming where he can learn how 6v6 works and even meet some people that could give him some advice?

if tl;dr - sorry.
