A few notes about this update:
We're evaluating options on reducing The Equalizer's power (see below). Stop by the beta forum to share your feedback.
This update will break existing replays and demos.

Gameplay:
Medic:
Beta Syringe Gun
Applies Mad Milk for 1 second
50% slower firing rate
90% less damage
Beta Bonesaw
Allows the user to see enemy health
Sniper:
Beta Sniper Rifle
On Hit: Rifle charge rate increased by 35%
On Miss: Rifle charge rate decreased by 65%
Beta Sniper Club
25% increase in damage when health 50% of max
Soldier:
Beta Rocket Launcher
When the medic healing you is killed you gain crit boost for 8 seconds
On Hit: -10 Health
Beta Shotgun
While a medic is healing you, this weapons' damage is increased by 25%
While not being healed by a medic, your weapon switch time is 25% longer
Beta Split Equalizer 1
Damage increases as the user becomes injured
Blocks healing while in use
Beta Split Equalizer 2
Move speed increases as the user becomes injured
Blocks healing while in use

General:
Hooked up many community-submitted response rules
Replay
Fixed audio sync issues on the Mac
Synced with all changes and fixes from the official release]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Idk if this has been mentioned yet, but:

Make it so that when a Heavy walks over a dropped Sandvich, he gets the sandvich back. In other words: Heavy can't get healing from walking over a Sandvich.

I think this, AND less rocket damage falloff over distance (for directs), balances out the use of heavy and the turtling strats that come with it.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Be able to chose your spawn position in tournament mode. Just have the spawn positions visible during warmup and the one you click will change to your spawn position for the match.

That will get rid of the artificial unpredictability of the order you join the team in.]]></description>

initial testing 600 HP heavy is really fun to kill
Health packs need to half they % they heal, e.g. heavy picks up 50% HP = 300 HP (best part of 2 meat shots)

    	    <description><![CDATA[Introduce back the manual pistol (click to shoot instead of holding down m1 in order to get the "fastest" pistol rounds).

It's annoying to see how slow the shots are when you just keep pressed m1. Back in the day, the pistol was so awesome when you just clicked once per 1 bullet. 

I mean I know they wanted to eliminate the possibility of using pistol scripts, but that script wasn't even allowed in ETF2L in the first place so why introduce the auto shooting Valve?]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Maybe roller damage should be nerfed to 55 damage now that you say it, I think it would'nt be too harsh of a downgrade and it would provide a better award for direct hits rather than rollie hits...It makes me a bit sad though since I play demo and all but I'm willing to let some of my class slightly overpowered perks go in order to play a better game :)]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Bare in mind a rolling grenade does more damage than a direct rocket from one end of badlands mid to the other. Slightly upsetting when demomen using their 'secondary' weapon are better suited for airshotting due to the lack of falloff damage.]]></description>
