Only the player that type "rcon_password XXX" in the consolle can start the stvdemo with prec (remember to type it before the match or the prec won't work). So no problem if only one of you insert the rcon_password. If you have PREC installed, set the command in your settings: prec_recordstv 1 As long as you have the rcon password set, that should start it recording automatically every time.
