if anyone wants to implement the new menu items in their old menu the commands for mann co store and catalog are
open_store, and open_charinfo_armory
(as seen here: http://www.upload.ee/image/837537/tf2_old_menu_30.9.2010.jpg)

I uploaded this GameMenu.res without the quick join links to the servers here: http://www.upload.ee/files/837514/GameMenu.res.html

incase you want to add your own servers to the menu and can't figure out how the code works check this site out: http://www.specialattack.net/tf2/game-menu-generator
try pasting the elements and keep track of the position numbers on the left side if you want to combine things and make it more personalized.
