    	    <description><![CDATA[anyway, the -high -gl just solved my prob (aparently -gl isnt working but I'll let the comand there)

was bouncing between 10 and 70 fps and now its bouncing between 80 and 120 (the limit). YEY]]></description>

if overheating is a prob, just grab proper cooler for 20-30quid and fixd

also u can prolly run tf2 at 1280x1024 and it wont decrease fps at all as long as u got chris fps cfg

test it urself to find best res using timedemo]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[well i'm enjoying -high and -gl with 60-70 fps which is heaven to me.

I'll try without -gl i havent tried that and -high actually does help me. Just me i guess..]]></description>

Er, -gl is a bad idea (I'm not even sure it does anything any more), -high is a bad idea because of the potential for mouse lag.
