I encoutered a similae problem on my laptop. Most of the time it's normal, but sometimes the mouse lags and jitters. It usually goes back to normal after ~10 seconds.

I don't have -high in my launch options. I do have these, though:
-novid +cl_showfps 2 -heapsize 1048576 -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms

Some info:
I have 61fps constant, cl_upadate rate 60 and cl_cmdrate 50. net_graph 3 doesn't show any significant loss or choke problem. I don't have any antivirus program. Btw, my friend also encoutered this problem.

I actually have a similiar problem to what you describe, might try what your solution is but for me mouse lag first started after I:

- Updated my graphics driver
- Downloaded Chris fps config,

Since then I have tried rolling back and deleted the config, not to mention turning vertical refresh off and other stuff.

Hello!

Yesterday i discovered some mouse lag on my TF2 (tested with HL2 and ZP:S and no problems). I searched the forums and didn't find a solution for this.

The lag doesn't appear on my desktop or any other game, Yesterday it didn't show up in 4/6 of the games i played (boot before every game) and today it was a real problem when we were practising with my team :(

I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM - It's in the CFG folder.

Dowloaded W7 Mouse Acceleration fix - Lag

Backupped and deleted my CFG folder - No lag

-autoconfig with no cfg - No lag

- autoconfig with cfg - Lag

Launch options without cfg - No lag

My launch options:
-dxlevel 80 -full -w 1280 -h 720 -console -nojoy -noipx -novid -high -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd

My CFG folder: http://nikita.tnnet.fi/~jackieboy/RCTIC/Configs/TF2/JackieBoy.rar

So here is where i need YOUR help! - I need to know what makes this lag happend in my CFG. I think it might be a network problem see my Net_graph 3 below: http://i4.aijaa.com/b/00867/6595598.jpg

Thank's for your help ETF2l <3
