I don't get any chokes then playing on 1000 fps server or around 500. your cmdrate is 10?.. wtf well try: rate 30000 cl_cmdrate 66 cl_updaterate 66 and you also get choke if your fps drops under 66. Try chris' fps config? you have windows 7?
I've windows xp, haven't tried chris config, will do tho.
