Nop, tried it already.
try this: cl_cmdrate 66 cl_updaterate 66 and see if its present still (I dunno, but I saw your net_graph had cmdrate 10 and updaterate 20)

I -think- i know what it is. Basically im guessing your on wireless. I know your on 7 but on XP the wireless scans for new connections that are better every 30-60 seconds. That causes the lag spikes. My single greatest cause of death on hon until i discovered a rpogram called vista anti lag that ran in background and disabled the 'windows zero configuration' as it was called. I'm guessing 7 has a similar feature :) Shouldnt be hard to find a work around if i'm right.
