Quoted from Traumatizer

http://www.sevenforums.com/gaming/31980-lag-online-games-windows-7-a.html

might be your fix

Nop, tried it already.

try this:
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66

and see if its present still

(I dunno, but I saw your net_graph had cmdrate 10 and updaterate 20)

Thanks. It helped but only partial. Lags are still there but they're not so long anymore..
Now they look like this (with net_graph 4)
http://www.failiem.lv/list.php?i=grpgbr

Quoted from Disabled (ArcY)

I -think- i know what it is.

Basically im guessing your on wireless. I know your on 7 but on XP the wireless scans for new connections that are better every 30-60 seconds. That causes the lag spikes. My single greatest cause of death on hon until i discovered a rpogram called vista anti lag that ran in background and disabled the 'windows zero configuration' as it was called.

I'm guessing 7 has a similar feature :)

Shouldnt be hard to find a work around if i'm right.

HELL YEAH !! A lot of thank you !!!!

This thread helped me, http://computernetworking.suite101.com/article.cfm/how_to_fix_wireless_lag_in_vista_and_windows_7 (Wlan optimizer)

Thanks. you can lock topic.

Could you might post a net_graph 4 screen, would be very useful! its possible that your LAN driver is the reason for your troubles, just try to reset your Lan Drivers to default.

Could also help to check your autostart(msconfig), but i bet on the LAN driver ;)
