pretty much only valve games+mw2 use's vac. There are also some other games which uses vac, but the games arent so popular. And vac bans are engine bans, if u have vac bans for cs 1.6 u are able to play source games normally.
But not vice-versa. A VAC1 ban is only active for the game the user cheated in.
