Yes I understood. A quick google of "source recorder" leads me to believe that you are talk about the ingame recording feature in source games. I have already said that the link I gave you is your best bet. What you want to do is pause a demo when you die and unpause when you come back alive and have this all in 1 demo. Tbh I see no problem with just fast forwarding when you are dead but whatever. Anyway I am sure that this was asked before and the person who made the program that I linked to said that they didn't think it was possible. Have I understood you yet...

I did, the link I posted is your best bet. They tried to do what you did but atm you can't pause recording of demos. Unless I misunderstood your bad English.

Just as in the topic but to be precise :

Im looking for a plugin/script that would record me playing each life. ( the usual record "name" / stop )
Something that would automatically start recording once i respawn untill 5-10 seconds after i die.

The reason for this request is that I'd really love to use Source Recorder which does not have an option to record a part of the recorded .dem file , it simply MUSTS record the whole .dem which was made ( usualy 30 mins of pcw etc ). Im pretty sure Source Recorder has no option like that ( 3 days of bumping a thread about this on the steampowered forum - no replies ). Wish Valve thought about it...

So either I'd request this plugin/script OR some binds for recording ( thou they cant record all the time on the same file )

Cheers.
