So true, some people have so many friends that are asked to post something positive in their recruitment thread and overrate the player so much cos they love the guy and cause a huge confusion for teams that are searching for actually good players.

I think if you make a program on the site you should not allow players comment on other players that are searching for a team.

Clan history and a good admin to manage overrated cases should be enough.

Like this idea. Wouldn't be replacing the recruitment ads, so why would it be pointless? Simply a program that could help you search for players seeking a clan at a certain skill level, or the other way around, bringing up a list of names with links to etf2l profiles and/or recruitment threads. It might have people overrating themselves in it, yes, but this could easily be monitored by any admin that would be willing to spend time on it.

There are alot of people searching for clans (and vice versa) that aren't actively advertizing it. This would make the whole recruitment process much easier and maybe help people that cba spamming the forums to actually find something.

Are you trying to be racist and say only israelis say shit about themself?
Around 80% of Recruitment Threads seem to overrate themself, just because in TF2 there are way less people like in CS doesnt mean you are automatically higher skilled. But maybe the times changed, and you are mid in Div4, i dont know.
In my opinion Recruitmentthreads are a bit of useless anyway, interesting to read who's desperately looking for players/teams, not more, also because of reasons as overrating, i saw people with Div5 exp trying Div2, what i mean is, there are rarely the right people attending. Play Mixes/Pickups (though even pug2 grew shit), get Friends, and join teams of them.
A Program is therefore a bit useless in my opinion, the only useful would be a filter, but who would want to download a programm just to search a player? kinda should be implemented to the homepage, and not be handled like the Forumposts. The flistspammer to get good comments are annoying as hell, so should comments be deactivated? imo no, but something smaller, like in the videosection, but hell yeah there could be changed alot.

about the forum, you see many israely peaple spam the post for bad and for good, many aren't right and that affects the clan who need players to get that player or not.
i think it should be private between the player who wants a clan in X division that is looking for a Y class. and for the leader of the clan to approve his request for a trail or immediately get him in that requested clan. and keep a history of the clans that approved him in that X division and in what class so if he needs a new clan they can look at his history level that was played.
this works for the opposite, for clans that are seaching players with history in division X and class Y.
any way, i see you liked the idea :D.
