Since apparently the unlocks are still being discussed I thought I'd give a serious opinion.

Solemn vow: It's not really overpowered but it kinda gives your medic the ability of a spy, being able to check the enemy health and medic ubercharges can give your medic the advantage, especially if your med is the maincaller, but at the same time no medic is stupid enough to peek corners just to check for the uber charge percentage (unless you're some crazy open shitter like me, who literally runs the vaccinator 24/7 and doesn't give a shit about overextending, for that cause it's pretty overpowered)

The crusader's crossbow: the crossbow is just like the controversial dead ringer, it allows a specific meta playstyle. Being able to heal your teammates in the distance is a very nice feature and it can turn the tides of a 1v1 pretty fast, but at the same time it kinda takes away individual strength. Like if a scout fights 1v1 with another scout and your scout gets meatshot for full damage he's basically done for, if he gets a god arrow from across the map which heals him to full health, he'll basically destroy the enemy scout (unless he's utter garbage obviously) This could kinda makes some fights unfair or really stalemate-ish. The only change they should make about the crossbow is receiving ubercharge, that's what makes the crossbow overpowered in my opinion, though I don't think it should get banned.

The Vaccinator: ahhh my favorite autistic ego joke medigun that literally triggers every 6s or HL main that I've ever encountered. I'm well aware that in higher divisions where coordination is a thing, it's not going to be as good as uber, but in divisions like open/mid it's a straight upgrade from the uber if you ask me. Being able to survive every soldier bomb, scout chase or even a demo trap is a pretty strong feature, though it has a weakness and that is the overheal rate. A lot of scouts and soldiers need their overheals for sick plays. While this can be easily countered by coordination. Summing everything up, in open/mid where people go for individual frags rather than actually coordinating, it's a straight upgrade, pair it up with a heavy and you're basically unstoppable (lolHL)

I also think that pairing these three unlocks together into 1 loadout would basically make you a god medic in the lower divisions. You're basically a spy, the vaccinator being the dead ringer and the solemn vow giving spy abilities.

Crossbow is completely overpowered unlike the vacc or solem vow. It would make no sense to ban the vaccinator just because not everyone is used to playing with it while the crossbow remains unbanned because people are used to playing with. It allows you to get back to full health if you make a mistake as long as you are able to stand still for a second, this rewards bad play and I got caught out a lot tonight because I was so used to being able to stand still on the flank and get an arrow. Not to mention the uber building, passive reload, high damage if you can spam a choke with it, long range healing that shouldn't be possible and can be completely broken on maps like process. Also needles are great and I would love to see them back instead of this broken arrow mechanic.

To me, as an enormously biased soldier player, it kinda blows how no crossbow felt like it made jumping on mids so much more all-or-nothing. You're never really gonna take heals away from your scouts on a mid anyway cause they're just better with it, so not really getting some kind of cross-map healing made the idea of re-engaging kinda not make sense. Process felt better because of where packs are positioned, but gully and via just made it so scouts get even more preference and tbh I think scouts have been buffed enough the past couple years.
Also, the idea of going for a push, taking a bunch of random damage and being forced to stand around for ages while you heal a couple hundred health before being able to push was pretty lame. You could avoid that by never taking that random bit of damage, but that's kinda the risk you take when peeking choke points and that, so if you're never gonna do that then game's gonna be boring af.
To me, I prefer the game with the crossbow included, banning the vacc seems like a fine decision and I literally don't care about the solemn vow.
as a roamer player, i preferred actually having to do something on mid instead of being allowed to just stand around tanking damage hitting 0 rockets and still being useful

and your team taking 300 damage doesnt mean you get to stand around and heal up, against good teams it means they will push on that damage because you dont have a crossbow to heal it all in 5 seconds

I really enjoyed no vacc, it felt like earning an uber advantaged mattered more and it was quite fun.

As for no crossbow, I thought it was fun for a change, but generally speaking I'm not a fan because it felt like it made healing scouts better than it already was. Most of the time the decision making came down to leave or get run at by two 185 scouts who utilize heals more efficiently than soldiers.

Didn't really get to test out the solemn vow ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I really enjoyed playing without arrows. Made the fights way more fluid and decisive for the team. In terms of me individually, I felt it required more skill to have to simply use the medigun for heals, (having to prioritise heals in fights effectively). Liked using syringes too, didn't realise this before but it's super powerful vs. chasing players. Also on a very selfish level, taking arrows out of the game made medic way more chilled out which I liked.

The solemn vow isn't overpowered and should be allowed. I guess the only consideration that needs to be made is with it being potentially very good at lower levels where the comms are worse.

Oh shit yeah I enjoyed playing without vacc just because last pushes are easier but I don't think pushing last is impossible against it so I wouldn't really care either way.

Im a fan of no crossbow, works well
Spade should be banned
I also wish gunboats banned but thats not going to happen, so limit to 1 would be nice, they have bought nothing to the game but farce.
