I browse recruitment posts and need to open country flags in a new tab if they don't specify they speak English. Country flags should have a tooltip over them so you can see what country that person is from. Right now you either need to be a flag expert or view image properties (real annoying in Chrome as the quickest way is to open the image in a new page and view the filename).

Works for me, same version of Chrome. Ctrl+f5? It works on profile pages for me but not elsewhere, such as the recruitment pages. As for the menu bar, it's finally possible to use the submenus which is good; as for the width, it always happens when we have so many things on at once. We could always rearrange things, e.g. put rec under forums, and ladders under other...
