There isn't one, ESEA uses their client and UGC league has a slightly different ruleset.

The NA Rules Cup features some Map rules that are completely alien to the european community, so I thought I'd elaborate on how they work just in case:

Map rules:

You play one map per match, but in two "matchrounds", 30 minutes each. The first "matchround" has a winlimit of 3, which cuts the match roughly in half, and gives teams a break to discuss tactics before starting the second matchround. The second matchround has no winlimit, and is played until one team reaches five TOTAL caps or the time runs out.

"Five TOTAL caps" means the score from the first round carries over into the second round. For example, if your team won the first round 3-2, once you score 2 more captures in the second round, the game is over. If your team lost the first round 0 - 3 but won the second round 2 - 1, your team still loses because the other team has more captures total (you have 2, they have 4).

In ESEA, matches are completely automated by their client and server plugin, but in this cup you must remember scores from the first round manually, and GG out when one of the teams hits 5 total caps. Use the separate configs for each round if you can't be bothered changing mp_winlimit.

If the total scores are tied after two rounds, you must play an Overtime round - which is essentially a regular matchround with winlimit 1. Overtime is not like the EU Golden cap - the timelimit is 30 and you must capture all points to win. If neither team scores a capture in 30 minutes, you play another Overtime round - essentially, Overtime has no timelimit and lasts until either team scores a capture.

For example, if your team won the first round 3-1, and lost the second round 1-3, the "total" score for the map is 4-4 and you must play Overtime until one team caps.

Hope that helps.
