Good idea, let's just write our own official whitelists! I personally don't like playing against minisentries, so if the engineer can't equip it for mysterious reasons, I guess the item server has hiccups again.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[I assume it's because you can choose when those items make noises, as opposed to the Jingle Belt and Bootie Time which will make noises during movement. The reason those are banned is because disguised spies will not make jingle sounds when they move if the player they are disguised as have those items equipped.]]></description>
