http://etf2l.org/forum/general/topic-19815/page-26/ Look at the topic name: "Transparent Viewmodels/FOV Changer". Thread are similar with previous (which has been deleted) and I see the reason to remove this one. Otherwise it's looks like private cheats promotion.

If it is as you describe it, then I agree with removing it. Obviously, we can't allow vac cheats to be discussed, developed and distributed through our forums.

Anakin and Casual initially made a plugin to allow users to extend their fov, have transparent models and afaik have weird green player models. After Valve fixed the loophole they had exploited to work around VAC, Casual released a refined plugin open-source.

An open-source plugin that bypasses VAC checks with good intentions can really easily be turned into any kind of cheat you like. While I support the idea of pointing out flaws in the TF2 engine and allowing higher fov's if people want them (up to a point), I can't really condone publishing what is essentially a diy vac-proof hack kit on our forums.

Do you lot have any opinions on the matter? If not, I'll post the above paragraph in the latest public thread about it and lock from there.
