Reasons: 1) It contains more than just HUDs and configs. 2) The existing Support forum is in the Community section, so if you want TF2 support, it might make more sense to post in the General TF2 forum in the TF2 section instead, which is what people often do. 3) Support related to HUDs, configs and scripts is especially common, and people often post in the existing HUDs & Configs forum rather than the Support forum, which makes sense. If we combine "Game Customization" with "Support", we encompass all customization and TF2-related support in one forum. (Note: we still keep the existing support forum in the Community section, for all non-TF2 support.)
