For you uneducated people:
It does the bat damage+bleed effect, but if you don't hit with it, it hits yourself instead.


The bleed effect is annoying, yes, but that's not the point. Not only can a scout jump a lot higher with it at the expense of health (kind of useless), it more importantly also allows a scout to play pocket and build uber properly, pretty much eliminating the need to have any soldier ever again.]]></description>
