If someone is cheating, you'll notice. A player is banned in the league, private matches have nothing to do with it. If you don't want to play against a cheater, just look for a different match.

You're completely missing the point. I meant that if someone is banned for cheating or trolling or whatever, you dont need a .cfg to tell you weather to play with them or not.
