I wouldn't say it would be hard to implement. Mine implementation of the listing, don't read further if you aren't interested in programming stuff: The script that prints list of matches would first make a query of today's matches from database, and then it would print the result twice. At the first time, it prints matches from divisions and teams that user has selected.
