Hi, if you use a flat texture pack like "Flat Textures (2021)" on gamebanana. You'll notice that a metal grate on cp_steel that's usually see-through is now fully opaque. I'm talking about the metal grate on the floor of 'PC' (the E-->C corridor) that explosions can pass through. If yours is opaque, you're at a disadvantage when playing this map.

To fix it, you just have to restore the metal grate to its non-flat texture. You do this by finding your 'metalgrate011a.vtf' file and deleting or moving it elsewhere.

NOTE: If using flat textures (2021): when you installed it before, you dragged and dropped a file or folder into your 'tf/custom' folder. You had the choice of dragging and dropping either a single file 'FlatTexturesV1.vpk' file, or a folder called 'FlatTexturesV1'. The difference being that if you want to customise any of the textures, dragging the folder gives you access to the individual texture vpk files. Because this fix requires deleting/removing the 'metalgrate011a.vtf' file, you need to have used the folder method of installation. So if you didn't do it this way originally, just re-download Flat Textures (2021) and replace your ''FlatTexturesV1.vpk' file with the 'FlatTexturesV1' folder. Then you can search for your metalgrate011a.vtf file and delete or move it.

Admins kindly please let us know if this is a bannable offense :-) appreciate ya
