This is already been looked at and actually drops your fps instead of freeing up memory, the best way to make use of this is bind it to a key and press it every 5-10 min. Also like someone else already mentioned, enabling more hud elements (net_graph, cl_showfps) actually causes you to drop fps by quite more than you'd expect. I'm just expressing my opinion about this Config, I am not saying it's bad, it is very well made and I appreciate what he did, but I am not getting better fps out of it.
