To do this you're gonna have to download <a href="http://www.mediafire.com/download/m5w022h8gttidwb/particles.zip">this!</a> and place it in "C:Program Files (x86)Steam SteamApps common Team Fortress 2 tf". I'd also like to add this will not work on Sv_Pure servers (Lobbies, etc..)]]></description>
