    	    <description><![CDATA[Its LoD compression. The further you are away from something the lower quality texture and model is used, usually this is pretty subtle. But that command forces pretty much anything you more than a few paces away from to the lowest level of detail.

There may be ways around it but it will hurt fps slightly. So if you are desperate for improvements on performance then leave it.]]></description>
