And you downgraded from DX9 to DX8 configs.

So I installed a bunch of configs and scripts via Chris's config.

The problem was it started having visual problems and walls started flashing once I installed a custom hud to go with it. The hud didn't work so I removed it, but the problem continued. I tried reinstalling the configs but objects in maps kept flashing.

I deleted all my TF2 files and unistalled the whole thing. Now that i've reinstalled the problem is still there. Screen still flashing and the custom skins are still there and it kept some of the keybinds as well.

I'm starting to think it saved my settings somewhere in the steam cloud or something. Do I have to uninstall the whole Steam? Please help.
