    	    <description><![CDATA[Hello everyone.

I have problems with both (high and max frames CFG) CHRIS DX8.1 configs. Flashing elements. I wasn't easy to capture this, because when I record it with fraps, dxtory ect. flashing magicly dissapear (NOPE, FPS cap to 30-45-60-90-121 won't help). Somehow I record it with some streaming program:

I'm using standard HighFrames config, with 121fps cap, shadows and facial animations ON. One day I just launch my TF2 and suddenly THIS... Propably after one patch, I don't know. Re-Instaling TF2 won't help.

PC Specs:
i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
Nvidia 560Ti 1GB
4GB Kingston RAM @ 1600MHz

All drivers are updated, and still I have problems.
