It was set to 0.7 so I changed it to 1.
But it did fix the blur.
Now there is another problem. DirectX 8 doesn't want to work -.-

Screenshots definitely look like this. I've heard from various people now that mat_viewportscale randomly sets itself to a value.. Try finding and fixing it in your config.cfg, or add it there if it isn't there already..

From the pictures it is really hard to see anything. But I think the best way to describe this is that it feels like the game has changed the resolution to something retarded so the pixels look weird with a widescreen monitor, it's like I have a 800x600 resolution on a 16:9 screen.

also here is the thing I read: http://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/45487

This happened randomly.

I played like an hour before but had to do some stuff. So later I went back in-game and everything was blurry, I use the chris maxframes cfg.

What I tested:

Cfg's, I reset my tf2. Tried to re-install maxframes also tried high frames and maxquality and the blurriness was still there.

Deleted the whole TF folder, which didn't help.

Installed the newest amd driver.

Yet nothing has worked, I read that is was a bug and it happens due to 'account servers being out of sync or something to that effect'.

and reading was the last thing I did, I have run out of ideas, have been trying to fix this for an hour now.

I want to play-.-

*EDIT* - Screen looks like an JPEG image.
